2003 Moose Hunt

 
Traveling hours and many miles - it was a long week at our camp tracking the elusive big guy.  Then my buddy Russ showed up on Friday with some extra luck.  Saturday morning (the last day of the hunt) we started out and there he was - not 1/2 mile from camp standing in the road - too dark to see.  We waited for it to get legal time and it was still pretty dark - but it all turned out ok in the end -  600 pounds - and sure tastes good!
