Go North on Cedar Bluff about 6/10 miles from the intersection of Cedar Bluff and Kingston Pike, and then turn right onto Cross Park just before you get to McDonalds. Go about 3/10 miles and turn left at the four way stop onto Park Village. Go to the 2nd entrance and go to building D200.

A. GuideOne:

1. By phone using a credit card or check over the phone. 1.877.448.4331. When the phone is answered, touch 0 and tell the operator that you need to talk with someone to make a payment. GuideOne can take your check information over the phone, or a credit card. This service is available from 9:30 A.M. UNTIL 6:00 P.M. M-F

If you are insured with GuideOne you may make changes to your policy (except for the addition of a driver) by e-mail (bpurkey@tidewater.net), by fax to us at 1.877.699.0089, or you may call us at 865-470-4120.

You may make changes on the GuideOne Web Site at www.guideone.com (our agency number is 41-186).

You must call and talk with us to add a driver to your policy.

Changes made by fax, phone, or e-mail TO Purkey Insurance Agency Inc. are not in effect until you receive written confirmation from Purkey Insurance Agency Inc.

If you are insured with Progressive, please call them at (24/7) to make any changes. They will give you revised rates for any changes that you make.
