Coastal Telco Services has a new webmail program available. Roundcube Webmail has features the current webmail will never have: a modern interface with folders, including a Sent Mail folder. Try it here: Webmail

Enter your username (without the @tidewater.net) in the User ID field and then your password into the password field and click Log In.

The first time you use webmail, you'll see the options screen. Just click Inbox to see your mail.
